Electric and Electrostatic Disinfection Technology uses power-assisted spraying equipment instead of manually chemically spraying.  These machines break down the droplets into many smaller micron droplets, which allows for more even coverage.  Electrostatic spraying is a method that atomizes disinfecting solutions to produce an electrically charged spray that wraps around surfaces of all types for an even coat. When chemicals exit the electrostatic sprayer, they are given a positive charge that is attracted to available negative surfaces. The spray then adheres to and collects negatively charged unwanted particles- just like a magnet; they are drawn to each other and attach.  This process applies chemicals in a more controlled and efficient manner while reducing the amount of chemicals used.

Our ULV Foggers produce micro droplets that float in the air for around 10 minutes after application, reaching the most inaccessible parts where ordinary cleaning or spraying can’t reach.  These foggers are equipped with high power motors with a low-pressure air stream using a cold fogging technique.  

We will hand-wipe clean the high touch/traffic areas, to remove any organic build-up.  This includes surfaces such as door handles, phones, sink handles, handrails, elevator buttons, etc.  The removal of organic material will allow our disinfectant solution to penetrate down for effective sanitization.
